These simple MVP terms explain the basic rules for reservations, pickups, cancellations, ratings and business approval.
Customers reserve available Green Bags from approved businesses. A reservation confirms your intention to collect the order during the listed pickup window.
Customers are responsible for visiting the business during the pickup window and showing the pickup code from their Orders page.
Reservations may be cancelled only within the allowed cancellation window shown in the app. Late cancellations may not be available.
Customers may rate completed pickups. Reviews should be honest, respectful and based on a real completed order.
Businesses must be reviewed and approved before publishing offers. ArGadaagdo may move a business back to pending if additional review is needed.
